National Disaster Life Support Course Fees for Courses held in Dayton, Ohio

CDLS

$80 per participant
Full time students - $50 per student

Student fees remain the same regardless of class size

BDLS

$150 per participant
Full time students - $75 per student

$100
Student fees remain the same regardless of class size

ADLS

M.D./D.O. - $450 per participant
All other healthcare personnel - $200 per participant
Full time students - $100 per student

Maximum class size is 50

ADLS Instructor Course

$150 per participant

Maximum class size is 50

Full-time student is defined as anyone carrying a full-time load at an accredited college or university at the undergraduate or graduate level.

All course fees include instructors, equipment and course materials. Course fees are subject to change without notice.
